Women & Bravery

With Co-Hosts Mary Giuliani & Jesslynn Cody Armstrong

Jesslynn Cody Armstrong, (one of my besties) and I had so much fun sharing about the struggles and the victories we have had practicing bravery on each of our journeys as well as hearing from all the wonderful folks in the chat room share theirs.  Knowing how to access courage and bravery are key in terms of creating an authentic life you love, therefore this is a very valuable show to tune in to.

Jesslynn joined us in the beautiful outdoors from north of the 61st latitude in Alaska where she is exploring the wilderness near the Arctic Circle during the salmon season.  She has been diving deep into the experiences of solitude, feminine mythology and introspection of bravery. Jesslynn is a holistic physiotherapist for reconnecting with the body’s natural processes, and a Gyrotonic instructor for the spiral stretching of the connective tissue.  She is also an avid photo journalist, where she captures photos of her adventures and will be making them available in her upcoming book On the Edge of Terror and Bliss and a River of Happiness. She shares her time between her Wellness Cooperative in Oklahoma and living on a sailboat in Guatemala, among other travels.  Jesslynn is a huge fan of women and bravery, and believes in the ideas of protecting the wildishness within us all.
